Hi, I'm Sylv, I'm from Australia and 17yrs. I personally haven't shifted yet but did get close on November 20th, 21 which was my third time trying so I found a method that works for me.
Note: Not everone shifts the first few times they try, some people can take months or even up to/over a year.
I have been studying about shifting, methods, scripting, what it is and other ideas sometimes associated with it since August 2021, all of which I will include in my fist book.
