Wow it has been a *while* .... I’m back I guess????

Okay guys I don’t know what to do. I really love to make and produce music but I’ve never actually finished a song fully... if that isn’t my life in a nut shell I don’t know what is.  
          
          Anyways, basically what I’m trying to say is that I want to make music and release it but I don’t know how to start.
