~Hello world!! *waves frantically to be noticed over the large crowd of humans* Call me River!! ^^

~Wow, okay, this is hard... *knits eyebrows and begins contemplating* Lemmi see... I `m gonna start college soon, so now I have tons of free time!  =) I`m new here and still trying to get the hang of how this site works. I enjoy stringing together my thoughts into words, which is why I`m here. I also like reading. (Duh!) But my love for literature was kindled only around two years back when I became buddies with two awesome people in my class who love to read.

~Oh, right. I also usually begin my paragraphs with a `~`. It`s a writing quirk thing I have been doing for quite a while now. It`s because I used to share my mum`s hand phone, so to differentiate the senders, I started my messages with `~`. I don`t do that when I write stories though, no worries. ^^

~I used to be a gamer and still enjoy games. I just don`t play them as much anymore... I love practically any genre of books or songs. I`m also an anime/manga addict cause the stories usually have good plots and characters. Guess that`s it, toodles!! =D
