Guys, I gotta let you know this right now; I got a concussion a week ago, so I'm pretty much out for the next while. It gives me time to do some writing (not on the computer), so I hope I'll have stuff to post next week.

          There was a creative writing contest where I live and, out of 25 high school students who entered, only 6 were shortlisted (meaning we went to the next level of the judging with the chance to win $200).
          I was one of those who were shortlisted.
          This means that I have the chance to win actual money from my writing, and it has inspired me to continue working towards my dream of being a published author. I never expected something like this to happen, and I only joined the contest for fun, but the fact that I've gotten so far is amazing.

          Yup. I'm alive. I've been pretty busy and such, but I'm back and actually writing. Let's see how long this lasts!

Hey, guys! This is not related to updating books, but I have fabulous news!
          So, my step mum was pregnant, and I have a new brother as of May 22nd, 3:37pm! His name is Oscar Ethan Gilfillan (I am nicknaming him OJ because it sounds cute).
