Poetry helped me navigate the teenage wonder years when I first summoned the courage to question everything. I realized that the answers to life's meaningful questions cannot be found outside in the world but must be discovered from within. 



In the days of my early youth, poetry became my closest companion as the meaning of life began to take shape in the words I found speaking back to me from the paper. This is when I first came to the realization that these words were mostly not really my own because if I was asking the questions then who was giving me the answers? Why would I question things I already had the answers to?



Maybe taking a journey within helps you connect to the universal consciousness;  that part of you void of identity; the part of you that is life. I felt I was onto something but the more I learned the more I realize how little I actually know.



I hope that you can read every word with an open mind because it is only through an open mind that an open heart can possibly be cultivated.
