            Below are steps u can follow to transfer ur work to Google Drive 
            1) Go to Google Drive
            2) Go to new 
            3) Select Folder upload or File upload
            4) upload the file or folder u want to upload
            
            After Uploading: 
            1) select the file u want to share 
            2) Click share option
            3) click general access 
            4) click anyone with the link or restricted
            
            Then it's done

            You can make a separate email account for your PDF files and there you can upload them so that they won't be lost and you can always find them easily.
