freshly turned 18 gives me "ah, finally it's an adult" type of vibes and it gives me goosebumps honestly. i can understand if there was a limit of a minimum age of 20 or 21 years AT LEAST because damn... when you turn 18 you just took your first step into adulthood and i'm sure most people at that age (including me) still know NOTHING about adulthood at all...
( @RUNEBIN- ) I feel like freshly 19 would be fine but def not freshly 18 , personally I would wait until they are at least 20 but I think 19 would be alright
