What are the best fantasy series you've read?
          
          Harry Porter comes first. A ten-year-old or a 90-year-old, any age can read those books. Simple sentence structure and fascinating concepts--everything flows. It was easy to love.
          
          Then we have the Throne of Glass series. Yeah, there are haters, but the haters don't matter cause I ate that series up---inhaled it. The end was a bit of a letdown but it wasn't awful to the point of sparking anger in me.

What Character Type do you absolutely loathe?
          
          I can't stand doormat/poor-me-I-am-always-suffering-in-the-hands-of-bullies characters. 
          
          Mahn! Even my face subconsciously contorts in a grimace when I read their part. If the main character is the doormat, I'll DNF the book if I am halfway through and see no development. Sheesh! Grow a spine.

What's the weirdest thing that inspires you to write a story?
          
          Sometimes I think up unusual story titles, create a killer book cover and then get inspired to write a story based on the title and the cover design. Pretty exciting process. Problem is getting to actually finish those stories. Smh

Hi, @Precious_Nkem. I just like to say your biblical stories on Wattpad are amazing and I am still reading them.  I just have one question. Will there be any archangels like Michael or Gabriel in the series? I would love to see them in action. Maybe some Cherubim and Seraphim too. Thank you so much for keeping up the good work. Procrastination took me on a wild ride today. We wrestled.  
          I did everything. From taking a nap to catching up on all my fav youtube channels to reading to cooking... anything but writing and editing.

Several months back, I came across a video about 'how to properly write POC characters', and some rules on there were wild.  
          
          "Do not use words like 'woolly' or 'cottony' when describing a black character's hair."
          
          Huh? What's wrong with describing the hair as woolly or cottony? Mine feels woolly... I'm feeling right now. 
          What? You describe redheads as "carrot top" (I wonder how this description makes sense) but woolly and cottony is offensive? How?
          
          There was another crazy rule: "Do not use food to describe a black person's skin tone because it's rude. A chief example is chocolate."
          Wow. *weeps in delicious chocolate* 
          
          But it's okay to describe other races' skin tones as:
          Milky
          Creamy
          Peachy glow
          
          Why shackle the writing process? I don't know about others, but when I write POC characters, my focus is to make them feel real. I don't twist into pretzels and sweat blood to pacify some invisible panel of POC judges. 
          
          I am not saying you shouldn't learn how to be tasteful when writing a POC character, I'm saying if the rule makes no logical sense, fling it without a lick of guilt.
