Next to her writing, Pazzi is a visual artist, going from marble sculptures to puzzle-works, paintings and illustrations.

She lived for 20 years in Carrara, Italy, sculpting marble, and is currently teaching at an Art school in Belgium. Some of her more important works are at the Holy Trinity church in Washington DC.
She specializes also in portraits.
