Just wanted to warn you all about a bill called KOSA, it’s a bill where if it is passed Apps like Wattpad, Ao3, Tumblr and TikTok could get deleted and wiped for having stuff such as LGBTQ+ content on them (including fanfics of every genre) for the sake of helping kids and parents help children stay “safe” online and they’re so worried for kids mental health, this is something that people in America can completely vote against and it may just save these apps from being deleted at a later date, I don’t know when it’s happening but apparently it’s happening in this upcoming month I think I heard. I personally hate the idea of this as a lgbtq+ creator as that is all my wattpad really is and all I ever read for comfort, this is one of those things where if I does get passed it will effect everyone if the website was originally put up in America.
This is to spread awareness. I don’t want this bill to pass but I have no idea how I could help in a different country.

@Hanamur_Chan69 I do feel bad for you, I feel like it’s important to have pride in a your country but there’s nothing happening in the US that can make you proud, make anyone proud, they’ve just been screwing their own people over and even if they did want to revert the stuff they’ve done it will take decades.
