Nancy And Ellie

Well hello there, My name is Nancy Eden Dixon.
I'm twenty eight years old.
I was living at my brothers at the time and I had been moving from my brothers to my friends, Ellie Greene, until I was on my feet. I was just getting to the stage of having enough money to buy my own place as I had been working at a near by garage as a mechanic.
We were lucky enough to live not far from each other and  near a gun store. When it did get worse me and my brother made our way to Elllie's dad's farm. That is where we met the Atlanta group, they weren't trouble but one of them was a little crazy.

I grew up on my fathers farm all my life, my fathers name was Hershel and I have a half sister named Maggie and also a sister called Beth. I also had a half-brother called Shawn, I miss him just like I miss my dad and my mom and Beth. I'm nineteen years old so I'm the second youngest child as both Maggie and Shawn are older than me but Beth is two years younger.
We survived for a while, dad barricaded us into the farm house so that the walkers couldn't get to us, but it wasn't enough mom and Shawn got bit. So we put them in the barn, dad kept saying that they weren't dead, that they were just sick and maybe if we keep them in there long enough somebody might find a cure and then we would be together again, a family.
Then some newcomers came, Otis a man who worked on the farm, he was a family friend, he went out hunting and he accidentally hit a young boy, his dad brought him to our farm and dad helped him.
But Otis is gone now, so is his wife Patricia, both died before we left the farm, I miss them but nothing will bring them back and I know that, it doesn't make me happy to think about it but I know that no amount of praying will change anything.
