When I was a little girl people told me that it was strange for me to stay indoors and read books or write stories rather than play outside with the rest of the kids my age. I was called weird because I enjoyed picking up a pencil and turning my imagination into something more than just thoughts. The feeling of writing a story and knowing that people out there actually enjoy reading what I create has really inspired me to grow into the person that I am today which is not just the weird little girl but rather an author and the person that I always dreamed that I would be. Sometimes when I'm alone I like to let me thoughts wander and start think of what I should right next based on what is happening in front of me or what song I am listening to. Writing will always be a passion held deep within my heart and I just want to let people know something. Be that little girl, don't be afraid of what the other people think of you because in the end the only person that you wake up to everyday is you and to be honest writing has made a chance for me to escape and now I feel that if I could go back in time I would be able to look those people straight in the eyes and say "I am proud of what I have become, of what I've accomplished and nothing you can ever say will change that."
