If I had to rank my top ten characters in my opinion(which means it might not agree with yours so don't shit on me for it) this is also like a rating of favoritism. I love  them all it's just I have my few favorites. Besides Mineta in which he can either be my top -1000 or doesn't even deserve a rank at all.
