It’s unspecified but I think it was a knee injury. Only a knee injury could do so much damage to permanently leave a show. A foot injury you can return. I don’t know for sure don’t quote me but that’s what I think it is

Hi guys! Could you help me out? I was reading a Bucky Barnes fanfic a couple days ago and made the idiotic move of not saving it to my reading list.
it was like Bucky and reader were friends then bucky went to war so they got married then while bucky was at war she had two kids and then Bucky came back but still got experimented on metal arm and everything. She had another kid and the twin in the womb had died only one survived. Then Bucky had a nightmare and he straggled the reader close to death and then Bucky got captured and she although being 9 months pregnant saved him. Peggy and Steve ended up together and had a little girl. HELP ME FIND THIS BOOK! IT IS SO GOOD! PLEASE!
