@Paytonkish EXACTLY! Blitzø assumes that as an Imp, he isn’t as important as a person as Stolas. The Full Moon Deal serves as a reminder to Blitzø that the demons higher on the hierarchy are people he’s forced to work for. He assumes that since Stolas is of higher importance that the arrangement must just be Stolas using him as a s*x toy. He hasn’t even CONSIDERED the fact that maybe Stolas DOES think highly of him. (“I think so very highly of you. I didn’t realize you thought so low of me..” ☹️) Both Stolas and Blitzø didn’t even realize how toxic their relationship was. Stolas knew that as a royal, people wouldn’t exactly appreciate him dating any demon of a lower status. When they had that date at Ozzie’s, Stolas covering his face made Blitzø feel very confident that Stolas was embarrassed and ashamed to be with him. That solidified Blitzø’s mindset of Stolas that he would never love him, and that higher demons would never date imps. He might’ve even been reminded of his semi-toxic relationship with Verosika. Blitzø pushes the people around him away, afraid to be vulnerable. Because of that fear of vulnerability, he does things like max out credit cards on horse riding lessons to feel more powerful and in control. He doesn’t like feeling weak. It’s also why he immediately liked Striker. Striker had told him that his business was impressive since he was an imp. Anyone that can make him feel powerful and in control will be attractive to him. With Stolas, he got to top him, making him attracted to him more.
