Welcome to MediaDirectory!
"Never judge a book by its cover."
"Trailers reveal too much of a story's plot."
"Gifs are not enough to draw in interest more than a fleeting moment."
Have you ever had this similar train of thoughts, either as a disappointed reader, worried writer or underappreciated graphic creator?
We're here to help you put these sad thoughts aside. Media elements enhance a story and make a big difference in a reading experience. Writers that include trailers and great covers for their work draw an audience and usually get more reads, votes, and followers.
Writers already know, covers are the first thing that the readers visualize and compare. But are they clearly designed, intriguing for their audience? Trailers are the sneak peek of what a reader can expect between the first chapter and the last-and are just another way for a writer to hook a reader's interest. When included throughout a story, woven within headers and inline posts, media makes great stories, amazing ones!
