─── INTERVIEW INSTRUCTIONS
          
          We have quickly come to the realization that conducting interviews will be almost impossible with the issue of timezones, so we will be listing the questions here. You then need to copy and paste them to either discord or Wattpad pms with your answers. Bella ( @sxrotics ) will be holding the interviews. Please send your answers to the following questions to bellla0289 on discord or LamaziDesigns private messages here on Wattpad. 
          
          - What is your reasoning behind wanting to join the Lamazi community?
          - What position are you applying for?
          - What is your experience in designing? (more in depth than the form)
          - What is your style/signature look?
          - How active are you?
          - Would you like to interconnect your shop with Lamazi? (see hiring book's welcome chapter for information)
          - Send your samples (5+ designs. Only graphics related to the position are accepted. Only original designs) 
          
          These are designing forms only- we will contact anyone hiring for other positions and interviews through a discord server. Samples sent won't be used in the shops, you pick those yourself later. Once you have completed this task, reply to this announcement informing us so, and mention how you contacted us (either Discord/ Wattpad).

          Please continue to promote Lamazi! The more exposure means more possible customers and designers, and that means the sooner we can post our shops! We have yet to receive bio or theme makers, and we need at least three designers per shop before opening.
