I am a former Graphic Designer turned stay-at-home dad to five, husband to one, brother to eight, uncle and cousin to many. 

When I was in high school and college, I hated writing but loved to read. I took English 101 in college four times before I decided to complete the course. During college, I loved to write in my journal, but when it came to anything else, I did just enough to pass my classes and graduate. 

Since then (17 years), I discovered NaNoWriMo and started writing for fun. Although I have started the contest four times, I have yet to finish. There is always the next one right? Since I couldn't seem to finish a novel, I decided to write a short story, which I did manage to finish. Now, I am working on my second. 

My first priority is my family and raising my kids, which doesn't leave much time for writing. Hence the short story thing. I am looking forward to reading many stories on here and to posting some of mine to get feedback. I am not a writer by trade, and I think I missed the day in school when the teacher went over grammar, spelling and punctuation so my writing might night fit into currently accepted writing conventions. Since I can't afford to hire an editor, I have to rely on my limited skills and the help from the good people here on wattpad to help me improve my skills.
