My name is Kay, I'm 26 years old, and I was born, raised, and live in London, UK.

Females these days are under all kinds of pressure from family, friends, boys, the media, and themselves. I've been there, and I'm sure if you're reading this, you have too. Feeling lonely, unpretty, unpopular, lost, like no one understands/cares, unimportant, misunderstood, and just plain sad, is completely natural for a girl. Our body and mind changes so much from the age of about 10-22, and this can be the hardest time of a young girl's life.

For the longest time now, I've wanted to create a place where girls can come and feel free to be themselves. A place where girls can speak their mind, gossip, meet peers their age, open their minds and hearts, ask questions - and most importantly, not be judged.

I really hope I've created such a place, so please spread the word, and enjoy!
