Sugar honey iced tea it's been a while. Life's wild. Who's still rockin' with me?

Hey, I’m back and feeling a bit better :) I’ve been ill and dealing with some personal stuff I might write something about later. My marching band was in the Boston St. Patrick’s Day parade last week, we’re the Allentown Redbird Marching Band if anyone wants to look us up. I hope everyone has been doing well, message me if you feel so inclined. Helena update is well in the works. x

Can I bounce a new story idea off someone?

I saw How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World on opening night on Friday and again on Saturday. Today I cried for over twenty minutes after listening to Together from Afar and reading that it's sung from Toothless's point of view. Jay Baruchel recorded his first lines as Hiccup when I was 5, the first film came out when I was 7, the television shows aired through my time in middle school, the second film came out when I was 11, and the third and final film came out when I was 16. Is it justified to feel like my childhood ended when the credits began to roll?

@ApollosDaughter03 Before the movie started, the woman sitting next to my mom actually said "crap, I forgot my tissues!" By the end I wished I'd brought some too!

HTTYD FANS: If you watch the Build interview with Jay Baruchel (the voice of Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III) and Dean DeBlois (director), at 14:15 Jay talks to me for the first time! I have so many crazy stories from Tuesday's HTTYD events in New York, would anyone be interested in hearing about them in a short stories book I'm thinking about starting? Spoiler alert: I was featured on Dean's Instagram livestream where he drew Toothless for me and Jay ended up screaming "HOOOOOOOLY F*CK" in my face among other things. Believe me when I say it was one of the craziest, best, most improbable days of my life.
