Can you do a what if Luffy was in Naruto, with huge amounts of chakra, along with four Elements of Fire, Lighting, Earth, and lave release? As for his special ability, it could be his Devil Fruit/Haki, and as for his Clan just the D clan, whom have or is the rivals of uzumaki's that specialize in All Elements, sealing, And weaponry. Also hagoromo Will have a third son who's try's to stop the Two brothers from fighting and Luffy will be the first reincarnation of him, as for his love interest. Ino, Hinata, TenTen. Or a harem(shrug) and can you not add the other strawhats? I would like to see Luffy do some self development and so on.
