Hi! I've taken a long hiatus from writing and thought I might give it another go.

I wrote a couple of things on Fanfiction.Net and here on Wattpad under another username (JizzyEffrik - a mishmash of my name and my close friend's name) when I was about 12-15. One story was I LOVE YOU GODAMMIT (113k views on Fanfiction.Net), which I hadn't finished crossposting to Wattpad it seems. 

My newest work (Scattering Lilac Ashes) which I'm excited to share features a biracial main lead - I am also Asian and White, so I hope to shed some light regarding the plights of navigating such a complex but enriching identity throughout my work. 

One of the reasons for my hiatus was that I no longer needed to use writing as an escape from my exceedingly lonely childhood due to the lovely (now man) that is my husband. We have been together since I was 14 and he was 15 and he has been encouraging me to come back to writing for years. 

I also have a background in workplace investigations and have a certificate in investigations certifying my competency in conducting an investigation.
