JWM Artist

James William Moore is an international lens-based artist, curator, and author who has studio presence in San José and Palm Springs, California. He received his Master of Fine Arts from San José State University. Moore's work delves into moods and emotions as he investigates identity to create surreal cinematic experiences through photography, video, projection mapping, and installations. His use of old and new technologies brings his imagination to life by combining fact and fantasy. Mr. Moore has the honor of having his artwork appear in both solo and group shows in Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Palo Alto, San Francisco, San José, and Barcelona. A photograph from his Obon series was included in San José Japantown Mural Project.
