Yo IDK if anyone on this planet actually gives a rats poo about my account anymore since I've been MIA for about two years, but I just recently recovered my username & password for this account. & I want to let you guys know, I'm putting this account to a rest. As much as I loved Pokemon, it's now one of my casual hobbies, not really something I'm inspired to write about. I will continue to write Birds of a Feather privately, but my books will not be updated anymore. I'm sorry if this saddens any of you but obviously my books don't get much action anymore so hopefully there won't be many tears shed. I'm approaching the end of my high school career and simply won't have time to manage this account anymore. I made this account in 2012 when I wasn't even a freshman yet so it's crazy to see how far it's come. But good things always come to an end. If you have concerns about my unfinished fan fiction, Straight From the Sky, you may message me and I'll answer any plot questions you wish to know, in order to gain some closure. It's been good, guys! Thanks for everything.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

Hey guys! Just sending this out to inform everyone that I won't be updating (or even active at all), for the next few days! I've been laboring on the latest chapter of SFTS with what time I have after color guard practices, but as they go from 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, I obviously haven't had very much time... Especially since I get home so exhausted I'm practically falling asleep standing up.

Anyways, the latest chapter is almost done, but it needs more editing and fine tuning; I just can't make the ending of the chapter convey what I want to get across, so that's what I'm working on the most. It won't be up today (sorry!), and the closest day it might be up is this Saturday or Sunday. Why the several days of inactivity, you ask? Well...

Tomorrow is the start of the band camp overnighter! I'm going to be at my school from 8am tomorrow to 5pm this Friday, with *very* minimal access to any sort of internet. So don't be expecting much from me these next couple days! Thanks for understanding! (wish me luck omfg I've heard the overnighter is horrible but wonderful).

/stat/ LOL our band director threatened our guard telling that that they wouldn't be allowed to perform pregame if they failed so bad at the school fight song. :P (He did it last year too and like half the team didn't perform pregame)

Did you guys have to go to band camp? Ours was last week, and it was awesomes.

Mikaiah-

@HolographicRose Well, I mean most of us instrument players start in elementary school, so yeah.

Very true! Most of the time, my school tries to design warmer guard outfits, though.

And while the newbies may only have used a flag for a few months (myself included), the seniors that have been doing it since their freshman year have years of experience! But yeah, they're so different it's really no use comparing them.

Okay, for easiness, let's consider this:

You guys wear thinner uniforms. Good for the 5.6 mile parade in San Antonio, bad for October in a northern region.

We wear two layers of clothing, hats, gloves, and stuff. Bad for 5.6 mile parade in San Antonio, good for October in a northern region.

You guys have been using flags for a few months before camp, most of us have been playing our instruments for years.

But I guess they're very different things so you can't really compare them. (I think Pit has it easiest but we don't have one of those :D)
