Hi everyone I'm back!
          	I know I've been inactive for a few months (4 months to be exact- oops) but, hopefully, I'll be able to able to update soon. I've been checking in now and then, but I've avoided saying anything or posting this message because I didn't want to get hopes up and I wasn't ready to start updating again.
          	For anybody curious as to what I've been up to these last few months:
          	I actually run my own face painting business, dressing up and painting at fairs and birthday parties- meaning my weekends are never free. I'm now branching out into body painting as well (skin wars anyone?)
          	I'm studying special effects makeup and now offer that in my business as well. Since November I've completed 5 major assessments, and the paperwork has not stopped coming.
          	I worked on a short film, doing the makeup and SFX.
          	I've celebrated 5 family members birthdays since I last checked in, complete with over-the-top themes and handmade decor by yours truly.
          	So, writing has been on the back burner. Well, actually, not even on a burner. I haven't written in months. I hate it. I've completely lost the flow of my stories. Especially Beasts of Steel and Bone. I have copious notes, and the ending is actually completed but I feel so disconnected from my story. I look at the words and I don't feel as if I can finish it because I just don't know it anymore.
          	That isn't to say I'm giving up on it.
          	I'm trying.
          	Just, bare with me as I navigate adult life of work and study and how my writing fits into that.
          	Thank you to everyone who has voted, left me messages and supported my work. I'm working my way through my notifications and I'll try to get back to you all, but if I don't thank you all so much <3
          	That's enough rambling for now, I think.
          	Hopefully, the next notification from me will be an update.

Hello!
          I love Beats of Steel and Bone, and somehow I've managed to read the entire thing in one night. It's such an amazing story, and I was wondering if you were planning on updating it?

@Jxylie Hi! Wow, thank you! I'm so glad you liked it.  I definitely will be updating, (fingers crossed that it will be soon) but my schedule has been crazy busy the last few months (see my pinned post if you want to know what I've been up to), so I've been on Wattpad far less than I'd like to have been. Hopefully, you will be seeing an update in the next week or so.

@WinterWolf1997 I'm glad you think so, that means a lot. I'd love to, but unfortunately, right now I don't even have time for my own books, let alone checking out another authors. But, if I get some more free time at any point, I will be sure to do so :)

@MatrixDreamer Wow, thanks! That means a lot. It's crazy though because what I do have feels like a tonne. Without Wattys I NEVER would have gotten as much I have. 
            I'm guessing this means you're enjoying my work though :D

Finally, a new chapter has been updated for Beasts of Steel and Bone!
          It has taken a while, I know, but I have been busy. I've started a new course of study, working, and I got to work on a student film. Alongside that, Christmas is approaching alongside my boyfriend's and mum's birthday. So everything is a little hectic right now.
          However, I do hope to be able to keep a regular update on Fridays. Fingers crossed guys.

Taking a break from Beasts of Steel and Bone (it's so dark and heavy to write) and just published the introduction to my new work Kingdom of Curses. It's a fairy tale re-telling of sorts, and a lot more whimsical and fun to write at the moment.
          In other news, I hit 100 followers! Thanks everyone who has followed me, I hope you'll like the work you find here. Also, Beasts of Steel and Bone reached over 2k reads!! Again, thank you to everyone who has read and voted. I've said it before, but the encouragement really means a lot. It's wonderful to know people are loving my work.
