What is your guys's deal with writing descriptive gory events that have to do with your character's trauma? Like if it's going to help develop your character, then I get it. Or if it's briefly mentioned to help with the plotline, that's okay. But if you're writing a character x reader book, you should not be giving y/n a whole ass chapter dedicated to how their parents abused them as a child, or how they got drunk and SA'D by their ex. Like... That shits an actual traumatic event, so when you use it as entertainment, that kinda mortifies me. Yknow what I mean?

Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that if you write descriptive trauma in your books, then I hate you <3
