I feel like HFaH is the hardest of my stories to write.

          	Let me explain.

RWBY is not a show I'm well versed in. I could even say something about the show that would piss off a lot of people. I don't know the ins and outs to the lore and characters (Hence why there are so little changes to the plot) It's because I'm not confident enough to change it without majorly messing something up. GKoK and DiD are similar, but with GKoK, I've had years to prep out what will change, while DiD is a smaller story where I can change a lot of things without there being too much of a divergence. I don't have that option with Hunting for a Hero.

I understand that people like reading fanfics to see what changes to the story, but I don't believe I can make any good changes. Base RWBY might be mid or bad depending on who you ask, but if I were to write it? It would be so much worse. I play it safe because of that reason.

While Green Knight of Kuoh might be the most emotionally taxing story to me, Hunting for a Hero is the most mentally challenging due to the fact that I don't have a clear goal for this series. Most of what I wanted to write was Izuku's character and the relationships. Not the plot.

There are probably multiple people who know how to improve upon the show and characters, but I'm just not one of them. And for that, I'm sorry.

@GamerGG7267 To be honest, I have my fair share of problems when I write fanfics. For me, it depends on my mood and inspiration. If I'm inspired by something, I have to immediately write it down so that I don't forget it. Over time I lose interest in that story thereby it loses its 'flavor', if you get what I mean.
Writing is hard apparently. There are a lot of things to consider when you write. The only thing with platforms like Wattpad, FFn and Ao3 is that you have complete freedom to write whatever you want, provided you follow certain rules. Even with that, it's still hard.

Izuku Midoriya was shocked when he found out his mother had purchased him the new Sword Art Online game. Excited to try it out, he soon finds that dreams can quickly turn into nightmares.

Stuck in a death game, Izuku must navigate through the game while slaying monsters, taking on jobs for other players, making friends, and even finding love. But first things first, he needs to level up.

Then it's probably a good thing he's an incredibly fast learner with a will rivaled by none.

As you may or may not know. I have another story that is only posted on Ao3. Dream in Drive, an MHA x SAO fusion. I have 3 chapters right now and am working on the 4th. The reason I haven't put it on here was because I don't have a cover for it. It's in the works (Shoutout to @Pyrone) but I was wondering if you wanted me to put it on here now and insert the cover when it's finished, or if you'd rather wait.

@GamerGG7267 I'm not familiar with Ao3. How do I read them?

I have a question for you dude, I’m making a Izuku yagi series, and doing a multiverse saga right after the kamino arc

I’m going to have my izuku explore some multiverses, if it’s ok for you for my izuku to explore yours ?

GamerGG7267

@azzy_dreamer12 As long as you credit me as the creator of the stories, then I don't have a problem with it. If you need help with how Izuku and the other characters would talk in my Muktiverses, just shoot me a message

I'm sure you all have heard the news, but for those who haven't, Rooster Teeth (The creators of RWBY) have shut down. And that means RWBY will no longer be worked on. It will never have a conclusion, and that means this story won't either.

Now, I like to imagine I'm a halfway decent writer. I believe I'm capable of rewriting My Hero Academia or creating a new story on top of the existing one without much trouble. The same cannot be said for RWBY. I'm not capable of writing a proper ending for the story.

Now before everyone jumps to the worst case scenario. I want to be clear when I say that Hunting for a Hero WILL be finished. I will not be changing the ending to finish the story early, because that is a cheap and lazy way to finish the story without tackling some important moments. I will stay true to myself and continue writing this story the way I envisioned it when I began, so HFaH will be completed.

But as for the sequels, I can't say anything about them yet.

Apparently Warner Bros might be buying RWBY. If they do, then I'll happily continue the series I'm creating, but until then, all we can do is hope.

Please understand where I'm coming from and I hope you'll still enjoy Hunting for a Hero while I try and figure out the future for this fanfiction series

Radical_Honesty

@GamerGG7267 Rooster teeth produced RWBY it was created by Monty Oum but we see what you mean. We always figure the end out before we write a RWBY fic so we know the specific destination.

@ GamerGG7267 Honestly, it would be a real shame if your fanfic got fucked over simply because the original team shut down.

Now i don't intend to make anybody angry here, but after seeing the shit show that was the Suicide Squad game, i just can't trust WB with a series like RWBY. RWBY isn't perfect, not by a long shot, it already had its issues and flaws and i feel like WB would just make them even worse than they already are.

Hell, you're not even getting paid for all of this yet i still think you would do a better job with the story than them. I guess what i'm trying to say here is that i trust you will do both MHA and RWBY justice with the conclusion you imagined for the story.

Don't let this incident throw away all the hard work you put into this story, everyone here, including me, loves you're work and we all think you're doing a great job so far, so keep going and we'll cross that when we get there, and we will do it together l, okay?
