When I was young, I read so many novels from Authors including Isaac Asimov, Philip Jose Farmer, and Robert Heinlein. After being bitten by the writing bug 2004, I wanted to create my own story and Re-Forge is the outcome.
Re-Forge is a Space Opera presented in five parts. It is written as a memoir / biography of the human journey from the perspective of an alien biographer in the distant future. It follows the main characters through the descent into Armageddon on Earth, alien encounters and interstellar war, discovery, growth, romance, innovative hybrid technology, bio-mechanical evolution, nanotech, and the pursuit of ultimate cosmic power. The story is underpinned by evolution and species survival.
Re-Forge begins sixty thousand years into the past when the Neanderthal species vanish off the face of the Earth, and modern humans appear. We will accompany the main characters from their humble beginning on Earth, through adversity and hardship until the story concludes at the furthest reaches of the Greater Cosmos and its return to its 'Pre-Big Bang' state.
