          -Developing Your Plot & Structure 
          
          -plot (or narrative) is the central thread that holds together all the other elements of your fiction. It’s important because people’s minds process and recall information in the form of narrative.
          
          -If your story is more psychological (in other words, centring on the protagonist’s personal growth and development), you may need to find a symbolic device to create a clear narrative goal for your character – an object that he wants that represents his goal of happiness.

          -planning for the writing journey.
          
          -setting your writing goals.
          
          • task targets: developing a character, finishing a chapter or planning a scene
          
          • time targets: a certain number of writing sessions of fixed length, such as 2 hours sessions a week.
          
          • word targets: certain number of words or pages, such as 500 you words a session or 2,000 words a week.
          
          • write down an overall goal, such as I'll have a first draft by this date month.
