I'm Ellie Gross, a student, cook and writer. I haven't written much, but my passion lies with cooking. I joined as a way to share my recipes and adventures when it comes to trial and error in the world of food. My inspiration lies with Rachel Khoo. I was born and raised here in Stevenage, yet my heart lies elsewhere. I hope the next few years will tell me where, and allow my passion for food to turn into more than just that. 

I am also an avid psychologist. I am very analytical and have my own point of view on everything and everyone, even if I do not voice it. 

What you see is not what there is. I have two sides to me. What you see is the outside me, like your outdoor voice. What there is, the part you don't see, is the inside me. The real me.
