For a living I work in digital marketing and moonlight as a programmer. In my spare time I prefer to write -- fiction, film, blog posts about everything from religion to politics, more. I have degrees in Russian language and literature, as well as political science, and have taught English composition, Russian language, and Russian literature courses at Cornell University, Brigham Young University, and elsewhere. Favorite literary authors include Fyodor Dostoevsky, Leo Tolstoy, Vasily Grossman, Chaim Potok, David Lodge, and Ron Carlson. For lighter reading, I enjoy the novels of Tom Clancy, Scott Turow, and many more.
