Hello ControlStationEnclave, just to let you know that I had to update the Nation/Factions page just for better clarification. As for Chapter 4 it's still being written also I plan to add the Brotherhood of Steel in either Chapter 4 or 5

Just a heads up, Chapter 4 is know in the works. This chapter will be about Vincent, Wolf, and Richard surviving the orbital strike on USS. Strike-Seeker. They secret invade the Enclave Administration Zone to rescue Kipo while she is kept in containment is is forced to fight Killa. Also tell me what kinds of improvements or fixes I should add to my story.

@Anonymous24uare okay, so to not dissuade you, would it not be easier to simply glass Kipo? The problem with things that are huge is that they are massive targets(Look at the Mouse Tank for example), so why risk manpower when you could simply glass something from orbit, unless they want to study her.

Hello ControlStationEnclave, it's me Anonymous24uare but in another profile. Turns out my computer resettled and I almost lost everything including my original profile. So I was forced to create a new one and it looks like Hearts and Minds is cancelled once again. I think I'm going to have to pause for creating stories due to either moving, school stuff or whatsoever. I hope you understand. But I can let you continue my story if you want.

I understand and hey, I hope you can eventually get back to writing stories. I may continue your story but I would have to rewatch the show(along with taking notes) and I’m also busy with another story, so I’ll keep it on the back burner as an idea

Before Kipo and her friends discovered the resistance. Emelia (and her members) secretly had a pact with the Enclave. They would exchange knowledge and technology in order to rid the world of muties. But after her unfortunate defeat, the Enclave decided to gather her work and not let it got to waste which lead to Project MEK
