PSA: Don't be too hard on yourself if you can't stick to a rigid publishing schedule. Give yourself wiggle room - "I will publish every week versus I will publish every Friday."
          
          Give yourself room to be a human (or, in my case, three cats in a trenchcoat masquerading as a human) and focus on quality, not quantity.

          I also decided to stop being a lazy butthead and create my own chapter graphics instead of using random word memes I Google from now on (and go back and change the other ones for previous chapters, for consistency and my OCD's sake)

          If I started posting the covers, author's name, and my (POSITIVE - I try to find the good things in every story when commenting and only offer criticism if it's constructive or could be helpful during editing) review of the stories I read on here on my new writing Instagram page, how would you, as a fellow creator feel about it, especially if your work was featured? 
          
          Would you want me to ask your permission before doing so? 
          
          Would you want me to tag your Instagram (assuming you're on the platform) ? 
          
          Is there an etiquette I should be aware of that I might not know, being relatively new on Wattpad? 
          
          I think a weekly "story from another creator I enjoyed and why you should check it out too" feature would be great content and a nice way to support other creators, but wanted to read the room before proceeding. 
          
          So ... Vibe check? 

Chapter Five is in progress right now and will be posted tomorrow or Saturday (Currently in the Quality Control Phase - aka proofreading/editing stage.) This week, we're getting a break from Kirra and diving into Charlie's inner world, some dark moon magic, and some internet research on Flourish. 
          
          I would like to do a solo Kirra chapter as well at some point, but since all of this is written in a first person POV from Charlie's angle, I don't know how I feel about just schwooping your axis on it's side and shaking up the whole format. Perhaps this will be bonus, but cannon, content I release when we hit 500 or 1,000 reads. 
          
          I hope you enjoyed the early release of last week's Chapter! We're almost at 100 reads, and I'm not sure what I'll do for you to celebrate - maybe bust out my colored pencils and make some related artwork/illustrations for you.  :3
          
          Every time we hit a milestone of reads, I'll do something special for you guys like early release chapters, merch giveaways on Instagram (I just made one  - @charliescreativeworld  - been on a social media break for over a year, but that's another story.), custom spotify playlists, story-related artwork, etc. It's my way of saying "thank you" because artists wouldn't be anywhere without their audience. <3
