In the last three months, I was able to lose 10kg of my weight and thus reduced my belly fat too.

My journey is still on but I will like to share with you my journey of last three months.

I had been in a 500-600 caloric deficit diet and tracked my food regularly. The number of footsteps covered by me were ten thousand daily. And apart from that I used to do hit.

I reduced my and it was 50% of the total calories which I was taking which comes around 125g of carbohydrates.

On the other side, the protein intake was high. I ate a lot of veggies and fruits like apple and oranges. I included raw veggies in my diet too such as carrot, broccoli, cucumber etc.

I drank a minimum of 3 litres of water everyday. Occasionally I went for intermittent fasting and on such days my carbs intake were too much low. But on the other days, I had 5 proper meals.

So this has been my 3 months weight loss journey. Hope this helps. All the best.

If you want to achieve success with a keto diet, you must also pay attention to your protein consumption.

I would definitely recommend anyone to try these as they really have been a godsend for me.
