Nobody can agree on where Building 13 is.

The city says it doesn't exist.
The maps don't show it.
And yet people keep walking through the front doors.

Inside are musicians, storytellers, misfits, troublemakers, dreamers, survivors, and people who simply needed somewhere to belong.

This is where their stories come from.

Incident reports. Resident feeds. Unauthorized interviews. Strange broadcasts. Reaper announcements. Rumors from the streets. Stories nobody outside the building was supposed to hear.

And lately... something has changed.

The building has been getting louder.

Music has been leaking through the walls.
Residents have started talking.
People outside are starting to hear the name Building 13.

Maybe it's a place.

Maybe it's a story.

Maybe it's both.
