This magazine, like most, works on a three-strike cycle. 
1 Strike- means you will get a warning and an X next to your name
2 strikes- you'll get another warning and another X next to your name
3 Strikes- you'll be kicked off the magazine (I really don't want to have to do this)

If for any reason you can't hand in your work, please tell me as soon as you can. If you want to leave the magazine, please do it after an issue has just been published so I can find someone else.
