So I just looked some information about Emotional/Mental Flooding, which is when someone gets to overwhelmed by some sort of stimulation.  It's like when you get so stressed that you just shut down kind of. Like a panic attack but not the terror. 
          
          I deal with flooding from time to time and I wanted to talk about it. You know to spread mental health awareness and all that shiz 
          
          Anyway it said that one of the best things to do is to walk away and find a place that makes you feel comfortable, and all I could think is " How the fuck am i supposed to walk when I'm shut down "

It just clicked that I'm probably older than alot of the people on the anime side of wattpad and it feels so weird
