It's a great honor to have The Saturday Evening Post still feature my story three months after it was first released. The buttercups are a nice touch. https://www.saturdayeveningpost.com/2021/01/katianna-milena-bovinich/

With all the bad news we’ve faced in 2020, I'm happy to share some good news. A short story of mine, Katianna Milena Bovinich, was chosen for the Saturday Evening Post Great American Fiction 2021 anthology. Published on New Years Day. Yay!
"For more than 200 years, The Saturday Evening Post has been publishing a who’s who of American authors — Ray Bradbury, F. Scott Fitzgerald, William Faulkner, Louis L’Amour, Jack London, Joyce Carol Oates, Edgar Allan Poe, Anne Tyler, Kurt Vonnegut, Sinclair Lewis, among so many others — and continues to support the legacy of the storyteller through our annual Great American Fiction Contest and its accompanying anthology."

The short story is a section from my working novel, Where Willows Take Root, the forth honor for Willows. Different sections have been finalists for The Fish Short Story Prize and a Glimmer Train Press honorable mention. I hope Willows finds a home soon. Wishing you a very happy new year!
