there are seven stages of love, and as they do in the original folklore and subsequent retellings, including the imtiaz ali movie (my fav), layla and qais, in the book "layla" will also go through all the stages of love as described by rumi :)

Thank Gawdd this book has a trailer, love you for that. So far soo good and since you speak so deeply about partition, this is gonna be good. I've been vibing to Main Agar Kahoon recently, before I came across Layla, and I am glad I can associate it with the book...love it.

@sideeast I'm honestly so touched that you're so eagerly waiting for Layla. It's literally one of the projects that is really close to my heart and I want to treat it with the utmost respect I can because it deals with the themes of partition, something that is really close to my heart and I know a lot of people are still affected by the aftermath of it, till this day. It's also one of the projects that I've probably researched the most for. I have a nook dedicated to books about partition alone in my shelf. Honestly speaking, the book has at least five finished chapters and I can start posting them tomorrow but I don't want to, because when I do start updating, I'll feel the need to put the next one asap. It's one thing that I've suffered from a lot. (I mean just look at tyaag) :') but to answer your question, I will hopefully start posting it by December this year. Although the updates will be slow :)
