I am a beginning college student. Though I am an Environmental Engineer major, I am also interested in pursuing a Creative Writing minor. I have had these stories in my mind for awhile, and I did begin to write them starting two years ago. But in the past year, I had been going through a pretty rough time. But now, I am at a really interesting point where I'm learning so much about myself and though this time is an uncomfortable transition, it is a transition nonetheless that will potentially lead to something so much better. 

Writing is extremely therapeutic for me, whether I'm venting about my daily realities or writing about my favorite variations of romantic comedies.  Its fun and creative and something that I really enjoy. And its wonderful to do something you enjoy and then find a network of people who are so supportive because they share similar interests.
