Allegra Hopper

Hello! Outside of attempting to be a valid poet, I am a high school student, constantly pushing myself to the limits of what I can accomplish, which explains why I'm so exhausted and emotional all the time. I write mostly free verse, though I will dabble in more structured forms on occasion. Allegra Hopper is a pseudonym-- Allegra for the middle name my mother so desperately wanted me to have, Hopper for Edward Hopper, my father's favorite artist-- and frankly, it suits me better than the name on my birth certificate.
