A.S. McDermott is an English-Irish-American author, so going through passport inspection is particularly confusing. His short fiction has been published in various literary magazines and anthologies. When not writing novels he likes to dabble in screenplays and once made a short horror film that was pretty decent considering there was no budget. He published his first novel, Supra/normal, in 2020.
