I was born and grew up in Hungary where I later studied law and political science at the University of Debrecen by which time I had completed a collection of poems, a novel, two dramas and various articles for magazines.

After qualifying as a lawyer, I lived in Budapest for a few years. I moved to London in 2010 and have been living here ever since, now with my English husband, Thomas, and our three naughty cats.
