          The day had been good.
          Gary had to admit, that today would definitely come in the list of the best events of his life.
          However, it had not begun so rosy.
          REWIND- MORNING 9 O’ CLOCK
          Gary was admiring himself in the mirror. Although he was not a fan of stylish designer clothes and fancy hair styles, as he never had time for that. He had put on a cream full sleeved shirt with mud colored sleeveless jackets, and bottle green jeans, finishing off with a pair of his trusty, heavy duty black shoes. 
          He left the dorm, patting his smart card on his way out. The thing was handy, Gary had discovered, when he went to get stationary from the mall (they sell stationary in the mall, yeah), and the cashier asked him to swipe his card for payment.
          Descending the staircase, he found Drew, wearing a shiny white jacket with white undershirt, jet black jeans and white striped shoes. The pure white jacket reflected too much light and made it difficult to see Drew, forcing Gary to squint at him.
          “Hey Drew!” Gary exclaimed, shielding his eyes.
          “Oh, hey Gay. Ready to go?” Drew flicked back his hair.
          Even while squinting at him, Gary could figure out that Drew was damn excited.
          “Where are you supposed to meet for the date?” he asked Drew.
          “At the gardens, of course. Where else am I supposed to take a garden walk.” Drew replied.
          “Oh well, good luck, and enjoy.” He wished his green haired friend, as they reached the lobby.
          “Do not worry, I will, and I could wish the same for you.” Drew threw back, flicking his hair, as he exited the lobby towards the gardens.
