The woman who had given birth to Oliver Queen's son, hadn't just had one child, no, but she had another that Moira forced out of America and to a different country to grow up in a seperate home.
The young male was the same age as the other because they were twins and he had been very upset because he did not know who his mother or father was. His step-father was a Police Man and had helped his adopted son to do some digging and he found the two names.
He travelled to Starling City in America, looking for the mayor, Oliver Queen and his mother, Samantha. His father got called away to work there so he continued his search on his own.
Now, he had been kidnapped and was saddened, struggling even as the rope around his hands was incredibly tight, causing loss of circulation and rope burn, yet, he managed to somehow get it loose for him to relax a bit. However, some man with a name he could not pronounce now held a knife against his neck and was threatening him and asking questions that the teen did not know the answers to. Later, he had watched his step father get stabbed to death in front of his eyes, as well as his mother. He still did not speak.
