Title: "A Script Unwritten"

Genre: Romantic Comedy, Slice of Life

You're just a regular tourist visiting Seoul, excited to check off every stop on your itinerary-from street food at Myeongdong to exploring Gyeongbokgung Palace. But as you're wandering through a bustling street in Hongdae, a middle-aged man in a tailored suit stops you.

"I need you for my drama," he says, out of breath but intense. You laugh it off, assuming it's a joke. However, he insists, and before you know it, you're being whisked away to a luxurious film set. It's chaos around you-makeup artists, cameras, directors shouting instructions. You're handed a script and told to "just act natural."

Enter your co-star: Ji Chang-Wook. His signature smirk, those deep eyes, and a friendly yet amused expression greet you.

"Guess we're stuck together," he says, clearly intrigued by how you ended up here.

As the days unfold, you realize the role you're playing mirrors your real-life awkwardness and charm. Ji Chang-Wook begins to help you rehearse, his teasing remarks turning into genuine admiration for your raw authenticity. Slowly, you find yourself being drawn into his world-not just as a reluctant actress but as someone he's clearly fascinated with.

But there's a twist:

you uncover that this "random" casting wasn't so random after all. The producer has a secret motive, Ji Chang-Wook seems to be hiding something, and your whirlwind adventure might just be the beginning of a plot twist bigger than any k-drama ever written.

Can a tourist-turned-unlikely-leading-lady navigate this real-life drama and find her happily ever after in the most unexpected of places?

BOOK 1 ~ Remember I was your hero, I'd wear your heart like a symbol I couldn't save you from my darkest truth of all ~ "Poor little y/n, fallen deep into the 'love' " He smirked while I lay on the ground struggling to hold on to dear life. He suddenly kneeled down beside me, caressing my face. Although his words were harsh, his eyes were warm. His dark brown eyes told the opposite of his words. Was he suffering? "I truly enjoyed this mission, all thanks to you y/n" he smiled at me, the smile was far from genuine. ~ Park Y/n, the so thought hidden daughter of the most famous martial arts guru. She was brought up in a small world, not many outdoor visits. Because her father feared, a murder in a past would soon target her next. The blood for blood phrase would soon come for her. And so he hid her, for 18 years he hid her in the same house he privately trained hundreds of martial students. That was until a certain hwang had finally decided to interfere with the parks family. After all it was the mission he was more than happy to accept. To kill the last two parks, being the father and the daughter. And so he made a sudden appearance in her life, slowly earning her trust, her friendship, her love, and using all those against her in the last moment, leaving her to die alone. But, there was always someone on the hwangs side who was completely against the idea, who would go to any length to protect the innocent. A hyunjin two part short story.

Kim Taejun, a successful CEO in his late 20s, had always been consumed by his work.. His ambition and drive left little room for anything else, especially matters of the heart.. Over the years, he'd grown used to the idea of not needing love, convincing himself that it was something he could do without.. On the other hand, there was Min Jiya, a bright, youthful soul still in her adolescence, who harboured feelings far deeper than admiration for the CEO.. What she felt for him went beyond a mere crush; it was a tender, aching love that filled her heart with longing.. She yearned to be noticed, to be cherished by the man who seemed so distant and unreachable.. For her, this love was everything, and she dreamed of feeling his warmth, even if just once, before her world faded away... But what will happen when a reserved, mature man who has closed off his heart to love learns that a young, spirited girl has been quietly adoring him all along? Will his heart, so carefully guarded, be moved by her innocent affection, or will he remain distant, untouched by the love she so desperately wishes to give? Will he open his heart to her love and embrace it, or will he cling to his old ways, keeping his feelings hidden away? Jiya believes that he isn't truly against romance-he just hasn't found the right person to unlock the depths of his affection and care.. A Cup with Your Name on It | Han Jisung by Vinbinnn

Jisung is exhausted. Burnt out from performing, from expectations, from being known by everyone but seen by no one. On a rainy morning in a city that never really slows down, he walks into a small café tucked between a laundromat and a closed-down bookstore - the kind of place that doesn't ask questions. Rin just wants to get through another shift without the espresso machine exploding or flooding the back sink. The café isn't fancy, but it's hers - a quiet routine, a rhythm she can live inside. She doesn't recognize the guy with the complicated coffee order and tired eyes, and when he comes back the next day, and the day after, she still doesn't ask. Between mismatched mugs, bad puns on chalkboards, after-hours cleanups, and silence that doesn't need filling, something grows. Something safe. Something real. She doesn't know who he is. He doesn't know she used to be someone else, too. But somehow, this café becomes a place neither of them want to leave. Even when the outside world catches up. ━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━━━━ This is a soft slice-of-life friendship story set in a quiet café. It's platonic, grounded, and full of late-night vulnerability, awkward honesty, quiet defiance, and tea that says everything they won't. No romance. Just two people learning to be themselves - slowly, safely, together. A soft, platonic story about showing up, staying quiet, and finding home where you weren't looking for it. Thanks for reading. I hope this feels like a warm drink on a heavy day. ~CURRENTLY UNDER EDITING~

Sandara or Dara is nearing her 30th year. She's the stereotypical never been kissed, no boyfriend since birth, himono-onna. She's brilliant at work. Her boss loves her and her workmates adore her. She's socially inept, preferring quiet café moments with close friends over parties. She has a beautiful face that she hides behind a pair of unfashionable, prescription glasses. When she's not working, she wears either ratty sweats or faded scrubs everywhere. She gives inappropriately sarcastic but on point running commentaries on tear jerker romantic scenes on tv and in the movies. Just when you're about to spazz out, she'll make sarcastic comments about the plot or the characters. She's very vocal about her opinions on "real-life" romantic relationships and has sworn off romance altogether Though she has one weakness. She lives and breathes for kdramas. She doesn't believe in real world romance because koreanovelas ruined it for her. She would rather watch kdramas than deal with stupid men whose maturity stopped growing after high school. Kwon Jiyong or GD is her best friend and flatmate for more than a decade. He's your stereotypical ladies man. He's not too tall but his lean, athletic body makes him seem taller than he is. He's smart, dresses fashionably and oozes charisma. He excels in seduction but sucks superlatively at relationships. Girls go in and out of his life in rapid succession. He still says he believes in love. He swears that once he finds love he won't waste any time and will marry the woman if she'll have him. There was a time when Dara fancied herself in love with GD but seeing his track record she'd rather keep her heart safe. So she made a promise to herself she won't ever fall in love with GD again. There was a time when GD fancied himself in love with Dara but seeing her scoff at real life romance all the time he'd rather keep the friendship than gamble with love. So he made a promise to himself he won't ever fall in love with Dara again.

Counts Total words: 120,757 Average words per chapter: 1,589 Amount of chapters: 76 ~~~ Y/N is a girl from America who recently moved to South Korea. She's just getting settled in when she meets an interesting salesman. He tells her that she can play games for money. Making a little money won't hurt... or will it? She'll find out when she decides to join the games. She may also find more than wealth and death in the walls. Maybe she'll find love. This story is a slowburn that includes some enemies to lovers themes/undertones. The reader is female! ~~~ NOTES/ANNOUNCEMENTS/WARNINGS: When Y/N is in the games, I basically follow everything in Squid Game Season One, but I changed a few quotes and events to better suit this book and the inclusion of Y/N. The only trait I have assigned to Y/N is her player number: 055. You can imagine something else though! It won't be very important later on. Some possible triggers including: recurring PTSD, grief, mental breakdowns, drinking, hangovers, very brief sexual assault, detailed sexual assault, etc. More time-specific warnings will be present with the start of each chapter. No warnings = nothing I think will be particularly bad. There's strong language and constant mentions of death as almost this entire story is hosted in a facility that runs death games. "'How about Wooyoung?', I asked as casual as possible, 'He does like hanging out with people.' 'That's true but a simple stroll around the park is lacking a bit of excitement for him, you know?', Yunho shrugged. I nodded thoughtfully. 'You see, he's more of a person who loves having people around and do something full of action together. Which is cool, but it sometimes can be a bit much too handle. If he ever finds a girlfriend, she most likely has to be similar to this.' 'You think so? Couldn't somebody more calm balance him out?', I asked back. 'Oh, that is possible. I just think someone like that would face way greater struggles.'" After being lucky enough to get teamed up with her crush for a project, Minjee suddenly finds herself adopted into his friend group. Happy about that opportunity, she uses the time given to get to know him better. Naturally so, she happens to befriend the others as well, one in particular...
