On April 28th, 2017, in Lettington, Colorado, two college students noticed that every Friday night at 10:45 pm, on one of the local radio stations, a random configuration of noises would play with the noises being different every week. After contacting the broadcast station, they learned that the station was paid by a local anonymous individual to play those sounds. The students began to look for who could be paying for these noises and why they were doing it. But in doing so, they started to find things that might have been better left hidden.
