誕生日驚き規定 (Birthday Surprise Stipulation) (Japanese)

Nao and Kazu have been friends since the last half of their 11th grade year in high school. They started "dating" towards the end of their 12th grade year in high. After their first year of college where they were roommates, they ended up moving into the same apartment building and lived one floor apart from each other. They would spend time together at each other's apartment. Everyone thinks they are in a formal relationship with each other but they have yet to make it official. Will they officially become a couple? How deep are their feelings for each other?
