The Doctor has kidnapped her and given her a cat's eyes as part of a larger ploy to turn humans into collectibles. Now she's being trained by Ben, another patient, with the skin of a snake, on how to behave. Diana and Ben are forced to work together to try to escape the murderous doctors - until she discovers Ben might not be the victim he makes himself out to be. The only person Diana can trust is herself, and if she fails, her eyes won't give her another nine lives. What if Twilight had a daughter and a wife, and actually had a family outside of his spy life. But then in this AU unfortunately (somehow) the word got out to his enemies and they all targeted both the daughter and his wife. The enemies were able to kill the mother but didn't get a change to with the daughter. When Twilight finally arrived at the scene of his dead wife and crying 2 year old daughter he felt a tremendous amount of guilt, knowing what had most likely happened. After seeing the error in his mistakes he left his daughter in the hands of his sister in-law and father in-law. Time skip to about 8 years later and he receives Operation: Strix, though instead of the headquarters making him adopt a child they make him use his old alias of Loid Forger. Using this alias meant he would have to drag his bio-daughter into this mission, though it might be a little harder than he thinks to get the girl to trust him again. Especially when she can see through almost all his lies. This story is mainly about restoring the bond between Twilight and his daughter, rather than him having a love interest. *Note: I do not own any of the Spy x Family character they belong to Tatsuya Endo. This piece of fanfiction does not follow the anime/manga plot, so no spoilers.*

Surgery.

The world had collapsed into chaos. Whether it was war, revolution, or something far worse, I no longer knew. The highways, once packed with rushing cars and impatient drivers, were now graveyards of twisted metal. The silence was deafening, broken only by the occasional caw of crows feasting on whatever they could find. I walked cautiously, my boots crunching over shattered glass and debris. I had no destination, only a purpose-find supplies. Something to eat, maybe a weapon. Anything to increase my chances of survival. A burned-out sedan caught my eye. Its trunk was slightly open. I moved closer, my breath hitching as I yanked it up. Empty. Shit. My heart pounded as I scanned the area. Nothing but dead cars and broken bodies. Then, something shifted in the air. A high, sharp crack. A second later, a searing pain exploded in my right thigh. Before I could even react, another shot. Fire ignited in my abdomen, spreading like molten lead. My legs gave out, and I collapsed onto the asphalt. Sniper. I barely managed to crawl under the wreckage of an overturned truck, my breath coming in short, ragged gasps. Blood soaked my clothes, hot and sticky. My head spun. I was going into shock. Fifteen minutes passed-maybe more. My vision swam. The world was slipping in and out of focus. I thought I saw movement, a silhouette against the gray sky. A voice. A man's voice.
