"I will say" someone voice boomed dangerously sending shiver to the one by mere voice.
I looked at the source of voice.
'Wow super hot handsome bhai' I thought
'seriously are you for real' my brain mocked at me
'why.?? What happen' I asked innocently
'dont act infront of me.
Who will add bhai to hot handsome man dumbo' my brain snapped at me
'hey don't raise your voice and dare to call me dumbo again. He is good at looks but I feel to call him bhai so unknowingly I did that' I said
'Yeah I can see that' my brain said sarcastically
' Hey wait, what's wrong with you. Did you forgot your Aarav that you oogling at this man' I snapped
'ohh now you left. That good' I said after few minutes of not getting any reply by raising my imaginary collar as I shut the mouth of brain.
"Who are you" I heard some irritating voice which bring out of my thoughts.
This idiot. Uff I didn't even remember his name properly.
It's all my fault no no my tongue that now I ended up here.
"How does it matters to you" the man said authoritatively
"I'm talking with her. What is your problem in it" that idiot said
"Do you know him siya" the man asked in soft voice while looking at me
How did he knows my name. Who he is. Whoever it may be he is not rough with me as with that idiot
So I nodded my head as no
"Now you got to know. So leave" the man said dangerously that I flinched at his voice
"Ohh man. Don't be arrogant. Did she knows you. How can I trust you then" that idiot asked now as if I'm his someone close
Ohh god what is his name.
Yeah got it he is harsha
"Do you know him" that idiot I mean harsha asked me
The man is looking at me with hope.
But why??
Right now I want to escape from harsha so without thinking I said yes which brings a huge smile on that man.
Oh god he looks even more good. Where harsha went off with sulking.
"Thank you sir for helping me and sorry for saying that I know you" I said politely
" No need to thank me siya. I'm so happy that today I met you" he said where I looked at him confusingly
"I'm Dr. Vikranth. General surgeon" he said while forwarding his hand to shake.
I looked at him in confusion as this is engineering college then how come surgeon came. How he knows my name.
Not to be so rude I shake my hands lightly "I'm siya"
"How do you know me" I asked out of curiosity
"I heard him calling your name" he said. I face palmed myself for my over thinking
"Ohh" I replied
"I'm trusty here. So I came here to meet and found you running more like trying to escape" he said
"Woah actually he is irritating me bhai.
Sorry sir" I replied nervously and immediately corrected myself of calling him as bhai from sir
"No need to stress siya. You can call me bhai if you are comfortable with that" he replied
"Thank you bhai" I replied with big smile
"Is he troubling you. Say me, I will handle it." Bhai asked
"No bhai nothing like that" I said looking here and there
"Ohh so what you did" bhai asked me
"Actually, unknowingly thinking something I called him as a girl bhai" I said and he burst into laugh.
"How you thought like that" h
Bhai asked where I shurged my shoulder as response with small smile.
"Ok bhai. Need to go. Will meet you again. Bye bhai" I said as I feel like I'm talking with unknown for longer time than usual is dangerous even though I call him as bhai.
"Ok siya. Take care. But be careful next time before calling someone" bhai said where I give him tight lipped smile of feeling embarassed.
I ran from there while thinking about the situation of calling like that and making fool of myself.
"Can you give me your lab observation book" ram asked
Ram is one of my classmate and same group in lab.
"But day after tomorrow lab is there and I didn't complete observation notes of it." I said
"Tomorrow I will give you. I didn't even completed last week notes." Ram asked
"Ohh..ok but give me tomorrow" I said
"Sure" ram replied
But ram didn't show up the next day as a result I called him as he gave his number before taking my book.
"Hey my book. U didn't even came today and tomorrow there is lab" I said
"I'm sorry. I'm not well. Can you come near auto stand which is on your way to the bus stop. I will come there and will give you" ram asked
"Fine" I replied and cut the call by cursing myself for giving book
After reaching near auto stand I called him
" I'm near first auto beside panipuri shop. Come fast" I replied
" Hello" I heard someone voice
"Hello sorry, is ram there. He took my book" I asked while I rechecked the caller ID as I heard girl voice
"He already left. May be he is near you only check it once" he replied
"Ohh..ok thank you" I said and cut the call
After some time I heard someone calling me and turned
"Sorry for troubling you" ram said
"It's okay" I said while taking my book
" Let's go. I will drop you near bus stop" ram said
"Thank you but I will go." I replied
But he silently followed me and as I had some tongue itching I asked
"You said you're living in hostel"
"Yes. Why" ram asked
"Ohh. Nothing just causally asked" I replied
"It's okay say what happen" ram asked
"Is that co-ed I mean boys and girls will live together" I asked
"What" ram laughed and again asked "why you got that doubt"
"No just now one girl lift your call saying you forgot your phone" I hesitantly said
"Ohh god he is one of my roomate and no hostel provide that facility of being together in hostel" ran replied
"Ohh..ok. sorry I thought it's a girl" I replied and said bye as I reached my stop
"Ok bye" ram replied and left
From the very next day of anu absent and his torture is following and irritating me and it didn't stopped even one week has passed.
Sid POV
It's been two weeks I saw her or heard her voice.
Damn this phone also even we shared numbers the day she agreed for being friend but still I can't call her.
For almost one week, we tried to find out the reason for Sameera di misery.
But we found none expect the name vikranth but somewhere I felt like he is not the reason.
Ohh god siya influenced me so much now every thing I do I'm thinking twice thrice to make sure everything is right.
I didn't get time or the peacefulness that to call my snappy girl.
Yeah she snapped at me when I asked to go home soon instead of roaming around and eating roadside food.
I caught her eating noodles and panipuri for several times and I'm more concerned when I came to know that she have tonsils but been stubborn she didn't listen to me.
Now I'm feared about her health so I said to stop eating panipuri for somedays.
But she snapped at me saying it's my wish. Why you concerned go and dare to shout at me.
I didn't realise that voice is stern and harsh until she snapped at me.
Great now I need to mend things I thought and started to home after a week but got shock by seeing all family members waiting for me and vivek.
They blasted a very good news that aahil bhai and sanjay bhai getting engaged with their partners and didn't give us time to prepare and started.
Soon we reached the destination that there is a mobile jammer that we lost signal in phone.
Because ladies of our family want full attention towards function that they cut signals.
I guess chotteyy also came to know suddenly that she got worried for some reason and I enquired about the reason.
"Bhai I didn't say to siya and even we have lab tomorrow. Definitely she will get angry as her lab notes is with me" aanaya said
"Ohh relax. Nothing will happen and we are there to guide you and about the book first lab na so no issue she will manage" I consoled her
"Yeah but I know I going to dead as she already warned me before hand" anu said with sulk.
"It's okay chotteyy chill and enjoy here" I said to her may be I consoled myself.
I missing her so much that I miss myself alot that people around me noticed my grumpy mood that too when we waited for so long for this.
Finally god showed some pity on me that tomorrow I can see hear and tease her.
"Bhaiya" anu called me out of my thoughts
"Yes anu say what happen" I asked seeing her soul mood
"Tomorrow Wednesday" chotteyy said with sigh
"So" I asked as I didn't understand anything
"Tomorrow I have lab bhai which I missed first lab now what to do" anu asked
"Don't worry chotteyy. Go as usual and ask permission from mam to do the one you missed.
If no one is there to explain ping me I will explain you. So relax and sleep" I said and kissed her forehead
"Thanks bhai" saying anu hugged me.
"From when you started saying thanks and sorry" I asked in amusement
"My great friend siya taught me bhai not always but atleast sometimes we can say na" anu said happily
"Ohh.. did you talk with her" I asked with hope
"No bhai she didn't even reply me back. I guess she is angry on me" anu said with pout
"Hmm" I sighed
"Ok bhai good night. I need to deal with so many things" anu said and left before hugging me once again
I drifted thinking about siya.
Next day
We three got ready and went to college a bit early.
Vivek and anu went to canteen and me going to library to read newspaper as I feel like siya will come here first to the library.
I flipped every paper present in room. It's been 30 minutes I came here and almost with in 20 minutes classes will start but she didn't show up.
So decided to meet her near class atleast I can have a glimpse of her there. So I started coming out.
Author POV
Siya woke up and got ready in black dress with orange button having full sleeves and paired with black pant and orange duppata.
She braid her hair and matched with flats and left to the college.
"Show some mercy on me sun. I'm getting headache" siya groaned to herself while covering her head with scarf and waiting for bus.
Soon bus came and dropped in college.
Siya sighed with heavy headache and the cool breeze not letting her to live in peace and making her condition worst.
"I wear full sleeves because of cool breeze still it didn't show any mercy. I don't know what I did today that everything is not god.
First cool breeze second sun third headache oh god still how many
If not lab I would have slept happily at home" siya mumbling to herself while holding her big textbook and moving towards the library.
"Ouch"siya hissed and shake her head to ease the pain of headache but it got more worst
"How come this wall came in middle" siya mumbled while pressing her forehead.
"Are you okay" sid asked worriedly
Siya looked at source of voice and cursed under breath and left from there by ignoring sid as she decided not to fight with any of them.
'Shit. What I did now. You are gone man' sid thought to himself and rushed towards siya
"Sorry doll. I didn't see you. Are you alright" sid asked siya where siya ignored him royally
'how dare he is. He didn't show up for two weeks and asking me now are you alright' siya huffed to herself without caring anything
"Doll please talk to me" sid followed her like lost puppy
Siya went inside and returned her book and came out. As she already decided to not attend the first class she went to canteen where anu and vivek chit chatting forgetting their surroundings.
'Great. Chumpkin even she didn't find time to talk or meet me
I'm coward. Who cares about whom' siya thought and left from there before they noticed her
Sid looked at her confusingly as she didn't go inside but didn't say anything and followed her like puppy
'Wah doll at what time you called me don't know that now I became your pet dog and following you like a lost puppy but you being wild cat ignoring me' sid sulking at his thoughts
Siya didn't went to class but went to empty room as she decided to take some rest as afternoon she have a lab and need to stand for whole three hours.
Siya put her bag beside and relaxed while leaning to bench.
"Doll" sid called her while sulking
"Say what to you want sir" siya asked
"Please siya. Don't start again. We are friends na. Then why you are calling me sir" sid asked helplessly
"Ohh seriously. Any way thank you aarav for making me realise that you are my friend" siya said sarcastically.
"If you are angry on me. Shout at me beat me or give me any punishment but please don't ignore me" sid literally begged her as he realised when siya called him as Aarav.

"Sorry" sid said

Don't you have any sense that friends will also care and get worried" siya shouted at him
"Sorry doll." Sid said while controlling his happiness of seeing siya care and thinking that she worried for him
"Put your phone in fridge. It's better" siya snapped
"Did you call me" sid asked with smile
"Dare to smile now." Siya threaten
"My snappy girl first say did you call me" sid asked with excitement
"Yes. Why don't I.
When I have a great friend who don't think of anything and later say sorry" siya said angrily.
"I never knew you are such angry bird but you look cute when you snap" sid said and pinched her cheeks
"Arrgg man..
I'm still angry on you" siya rubbed her cheeks with pout.
"Ok beat me till your angry goes away" sid said and sat beside her as if ready to get beatings.
"No I won't" siya said
"So angry gone" sid asked
"To some extent" siya said
"What should I do now to make you smile." Sid said while tapping his finger on chin as thinking.
"You look cute" siya said and pinched his left cheek and both shared a heartful laugh
"I want to say something to all let's go to canteen" siya said while taking her bag and both went to lab
"Pumpkin" anu tried to hug her when anu saw siya but siya sat immediately beside sid.
Sid and siya sat opposite to vivek and anu
"From the start of college as I know you people I want to say something to you" siya said while ignoring anu
"What it is" anu and vivek asked at a time while sid is looking at her while holding his heart
"I opted second counseling" siya said giving shock to them.
